The SCANOLOGY TrackScan Sharp is a wireless optical 3D scanning system engineered for high-accuracy measurement of large parts and structures. A tracked handheld scanner captures data without requiring reference targets on the measured part, while the optical tracker provides a large working volume.

- Ultra-fast mode: 81 blue laser lines
- Hyperfine mode: 17 parallel blue laser lines
- Wireless: battery-powered scanner and optical tracking workflow
Large-Part Inspection
TrackScan Sharp is designed for aerospace structures, vehicles, tooling, molds, weldments, heavy machinery, and other applications where the part cannot practically be brought to a traditional CMM.
Optional probing can also help capture hidden points, holes, and discrete features that are better measured by contact.
