The AccuFLEX Universal CMM represents the latest generation of coordinate measuring machines engineered for precision, stability, and adaptability across inspection and production environments.
Built on the proven COORD3 Universal platform, AccuFLEX delivers reliable point-to-point measurement and advanced scanning performance using both contact and laser technologies. Its ultra-rigid mechanical structure makes it particularly well suited for 5-axis scanning systems and high-accuracy applications such as gear and gear wheel inspection.
Every aspect of AccuFLEX Universal is designed to simplify construction, reduce component count, and minimize long-term maintenance while maintaining exceptional metrological performance.
Designed for Stability, Accuracy, and Environmental Control
AccuFLEX Universal integrates an advanced automatic temperature compensation system with wireless sensing technology. This system dynamically corrects measurement errors caused by environmental temperature variations across an extended operating range of 16–26°C, enabling consistent results outside traditional climate-controlled labs.
High-resolution optical scales with 0.1 µm resolution, mechanically decoupled from the main structure, prevent distortions caused by structural deformation and thermal effects.
For deployment directly on the shop floor, AccuFLEX Universal can be equipped with an optional environmental monitoring system, enabling high-dynamic performance in production environments.
