If you need measurements or programming fast, we can offer our expedited metrology service to get you what you need as soon as possible. We have flexible team of ASME GD&T Certified & AUKOM certified Metrologists on staff to handle huge influxes of work. They perform 750+ hours of quality metrology work on a weekly basis with the ability to quickly increase capacity by 20%.
How do I expedite my project?
To request a quote for our expedited metrology service you will need:
For Expedited Dimensional Inspection & Measurement
- Complete drawing (this means proper tolerancing & datums marked!)
- A CAD Model (.igs/.stp preffered)
- Scope of Measurements (FAI, Partial)
- Parts (Need to be shipped or dropped off to our facility)
- Any special fixturing to hold the parts during inspection
For Expedited CMM Programming
- Complete drawing (this means proper tolerancing & datums marked!)
- A CAD Model (.igs/.stp preffered)
- Scope of Measurements (FAI, Partial)
- CMM Model
- Environment of your CMM
- List of fixtures and styli used for the part
*Due to our regular volume of work, Made to Measure reserves the right to accept or decline any submitted request for expedited services. A 30% up-charge is quoted for jobs submitted as expedited metrology service. Delivery dates are on a case-by-case basis and reflect our current volume of work at the time the parts are received at our facility.
