Mason began his career in contract inspection, where he quickly learned how critical accurate measurement is to manufacturers’ success. Over time, he expanded his responsibilities, and today he oversees three of the company’s four value streams: contract inspection, equipment service, and calibration.
“I’m more or less unofficially like a COO,” Mason explains. “I oversee three of the four departments, working as Sven’s right hand and helping develop the team in many areas”. His leadership role has positioned him to directly influence how Made to Measure delivers on its promise of precision and customer confidence.

Drawing from his service in the National Guard, Mason brings discipline, leadership, and resilience to his work. “I found discipline in joining the Guard,” he reflects. “It kept me grounded in my studies and my pursuit of a career. There was a lot of leadership development that I carry with me today”.
