Made To Measure, LLC No-Return Refund Policy

Made To Measure, LLC (“M2M”) does not accept returns, exchanges, or post-shipment cancellations for any goods, equipment, or custom products.

Services

  • All orders must be in writing.
  • Service order changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • If a service order is canceled, Customer is responsible for M2M costs incurred plus 10% of the order price.

Equipment

  • No returns or exchanges.
  • Cancellations prior to shipment are subject to a 20% cancellation fee and must be accepted by M2M.
  • No cancellations are accepted after shipment or after work begins on custom products.
  • Customer must inspect equipment upon arrival. Written notice of any nonconformance must be received within 7 days of receipt or the equipment is deemed accepted.

Service Work Product Adjustments

  • Claims for adjustment on allegedly unsatisfactory services or work product must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt and include detail.
  • If an adjustment is approved, any remedy is limited to the amount paid for the applicable services.

Classroom Training Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Made To Measure, LLC (“M2M”) does not provide refunds for classroom training course registrations. If a student cannot attend, M2M will work with the student to reschedule into a future course date, subject to availability.

  • All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the course start date by email or by calling M2M.
  • If a student fails to appear for training without prior notice, the registration is forfeited and the full course price remains due.
