Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with CAPA Class – 1 Day

This highly effective CAPA workshop instills the basics on how to use a simple, yet proven approach to correcting and preventing problems or nonconformity that exist anywhere in the organization.

Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) Class – 1 Day

Friday, February 7th, 2020 | $450/ student

Introduction to the PPAP process within an APQP system, its planning, strategy and benefits. Learn the structure and its correlation to the rest of the AIAG core tools as well as ISO/IATF 16949.

Prerequisites: It is desirable but not absolutely necessary that participants should have some degree of knowledge of FMEA, SPC, Gage R&R, and/or APQP.

MINITAB Fundamentals Class – 2 Days

Thursday, February 20th – 21st, 2020 | $845/ student

Decrease the time required for statistical analysis by quickly learning to navigate Minitab’s user-friendly and customizable environment. Learn how to import/export data and output between MINITAB™ and various software and database systems.

Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) – 2 Days

Thursday, March 5th – 6th, 2020 | $845/ student

Attendees will discover the amounts and types of variations that exist in measurement systems, to ensure that product acceptance or process control decisions are based on “good data.” In this 2-day (16 hour) class, attendees will learn how to conduct studies to evaluate variability due to bias, repeatability, reproducibility, stability, and linearity.

Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) – 1 Day

Friday, April 17th, 2020 | $450/ student

An introduction to the FMEA process within an APQP system, its planning, strategy and benefits. Learn the structure and information sources for effective use of FMEA and its correlation to the rest of the AIAG core tools. New in 2019:  We address the AIAG-VDA FMEA rollout.

Basic Statistical Process Control (SPC) – 2 Day

Friday, May 7th – 8th, 2020 | $845/ student

Basic Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an introduction to statistics and the data collection process. The purpose is to provide practical instruction on the fundamental statistical tools used in modern process control methods, including the purpose, concepts and parameters associated with control charts and process capability.
Materials To Bring: The student is encouraged to bring a scientific calculator with trig functions, such as the TI30Xa, to class.
