As the current outbreak of the COVID-19 Pandemic continues to develop, we are taking extra precautions and are committed to taking all necessary measures to keep our employees and customers safe, while remaining open for business. We are closely following guidelines published by the World Health Organization (WHO) & the Center for Disease Control (CDC), including putting protocols in place to limit and to mitigate potential exposure. We are reminding our employees about frequent hand washing & are regularly cleaning & disinfecting our facility & equipment. We share the concern of our global community and hope the virus can be eradicated as quickly as possible.

Shipping/Delivery/Pick-up of Parts

SHIPPING: We’re no strangers to shipping parts! Package your parts securely for shipment and send to us for inspections. Once complete, we will package them safely and securely to ship back to your facility.

DELIVERY/PICK-UP: Our team is available to locally pick-up parts and deliver them to your facility. We hope this helps our customers ease-of-access to our services at this time.

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY: We are allowing business-related visitors to access our facility and are required to fill out a COVID-19 Questionnaire prior to entry to determine if access will be granted or denied. This applies to outside visitors only. You can find the questionnaire below and fill out prior to arrival. E-mail and send to your company contact.

Remote Report Delivery

All our reports are delivered digitally via secured e-mail or customer web portals on a regular basis. We will continue to provide our inspection reports digitally & encourage customers to call with any questions. We can assist you remotely during regular business hours. We are happy to mail hard copies, at the request of our customers.

Travel Limitations

We acknowledge the increased need for flexibility in times of uncertainty. As each passing day brings new developments, we are actively monitoring the news & continuously assessing the risks to make appropriate decisions for our staff as it relates to travel & meetings outside of our facility. This is a very dynamic situation, so we know that any changes your company has made, or will be making, are purposeful and intended to help us all navigate the future, together. We will do our best to cooperate & comply with all customers’ modified policies.


Made to Measure Employees will continue to receive guidance on the best ways to prevent the spread of infection that are aligned with the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). These include:

  • Cleaning your hands often. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol. 
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Cover coughs and sneezes.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Stay home if you are sick, unless you seek medical care.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
  • Practice the 6-feet Social Distancing rule
  • Working remotely (if applicable)
  • All Americans are advised to wear cloth masks in public. (4/4/20)

If a employee experiences symptoms such as fever or respiratory infection, they are required to seek medical treatment immediately. If someone in your household has tested positive for the coronavirus, keep the entire household at home. DO NOT go to the office, contact your medical provider.

Sanitation: Routine cleaning of all frequently touched surfaces is being performed multiple times throughout the day. These surfaces include computer workstations, communal countertops, doorknobs, phones, faucets, ect.
