Cancellations and Refunds
Made to Measure will credit customer accounts for up to 90% of the full price for any training course, provided written notification of cancellation, for any reason, is received and acknowledged by Made to Measure within 48 hours of the start of the course. If less than 48 hours, the Made to Measure reserves the right to levy the full price of the course.
What to Expect:
All orders are subject to credit approval and said terms may be altered based on customer credit rating.
All first-time customers are COD or Credit Card (Visa, MC, AMEX, Paypal) only. For all orders:
<$10,000 NET 30 >$10,001 50% Down, 50% NET 30
Inadequate credit rating is 100% down payment
Services: All service projects commence upon receipts of the Purchase Order, the samples, and credit approval. If a down payment is required, no information will be sent to the customer (although work may start) until payment is received.
Equipment (including software): All equipment projects commence upon Purchase Order receipt and credit approval. If a down payment is required, no equipment will ship until down payment is received.
Corner Radii and Chamfers
We measure these features! M2M does not measure radii and chamfers with radius gages, protractors, and other less repeatable methods, unless specifically requested by the customer. While these methods will save the customer money, they are too subjective to be measured repeatably. M2M will measure these features on certified vision systems using various lighting tactics and a variety of impression materials dependent on the material being measured.
M2M will always strive to meet the demands of our customers scheduling requirements. However, work is typically performed on a first come, first serve basis. In the event M2M cannot meet our customer’s timing requirements because of already scheduled work, an expedite charge can be applied to provide immediate service. Please also review our Preferred Customer Agreement and always be at the front of the line!
Cleaning and Packaging
If parts are received and require excessive cleaning, unpacking or packaging that is not reasonable, M2M reserves the right to apply a cleaning charge equivalent to the time needed for the additional services. These fees will be discussed prior to commencement of any project.
In order to provide our customers with the best possible price and the best possible delivery, all quantities quoted will be measured at one time with one setup (unless otherwise stated in quotation). If multiple setups are required or additional parts are requested that would require additional setups, setup charges may apply.
Storage of Parts
Made to Measure will hold onto parts for a customer no longer than 30 days after these parts have been measured. If you would like your parts returned, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, provide us with your account, and we will gladly send them back.
